Listing: Our company charges only 4.99% of listing price. There is no additional fees such as administrative fees. Minimum commission is $2,500.00, which is typically significantly below the market rate.
Buying: Our minimum commission is $2,500.00 that typically be covered by the listing commission.
Property Management: $90.00 / month or 7% of monthly rent whichever greater.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If possible, we would like to meet with them in person and go over everything such as our fees, proposed listing amount or rent, expected closing timing. We can find a buyer fairly quickly once listed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our associates have attended multiple training courses aimed for being excellent real estate agents and real estate investors.

We have worked with a variety of customers who have one (1) property to more then 100 properties. We have also worked with over seas customers too.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
That they chose a provider who understands your needs and accommodate appropriately and have have great understanding the market.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Seamless process: Purchased a house that needed a significant amount of repairs. All repairs are done in a professional manner within 4 weeks, list it on the market, and found a good tenant within 10 days after it is listed.
